Texas Rangers celebrate after a walk-off home run

Up until 1920, a player who hit a walk-off home run was only credited with as many bases as it took to score the winning run.

For instance: if the score was tied in the bottom of the ninth with a runner on second and the batter hit a walk-off home run, he would only be credited with a double.
